About Zuleika Pair

I started my venture into the education field in my early 20's, working for Clinique Laboratories as an Associate Consultant. In this position I educated consumers, brand clients and department store sales associates on brand knowledge, such as product development, formulation, ingredients, use and application process. I met the responsibilities of an Education Coordinator for the company conducting Brand Focus Trainings and Master Classes, gaining 8 years of corporate education experience. The remaining 6 years of Education Management experience comes from my work in the early childhood field. My early childhood education experienced commenced with my volunteer work at my children's Early Childhood Center. Upon volunteering for a few months, I was offered an employment position, starting my venture in the early childhood profession. My experience, credentials, skills and knowledge in the early child care field, such as my degree, my child development associate credential, State and local competency training/certificates, knowledge of state standards and best practices are all tools that assist me in my work to provide quality care and early education to the children and families I serve. Through my work in Corporate Education and Early Childhood Education I have gained a solid 14 years experience in Education Management and in the process I have found a field of work that brings me great joy and fulfillment.
