With 20+ years’ experience in sales and 10 years focusing primarily on construction recruitment, my extensive experience affords me the ability to be a leader in the industry. Finding highly qualified construction professionals who are loyal and seeking employment can be a struggle. As Canadian cities and infrastructure continue to grow at an unprecedented speed, we know it’s incredibly difficult to keep up. Not only is there a shortage of skilled professionals in the marketplace, the pool only gets smaller when you’re seeking out candidates who are both a technical and cultural fit.
