Il Consorzio Vero Volley nasce il 9 settembre del 2008 nella città di Monza: è un progetto di cultura sportiva unico nel suo genere, che attualmente rappresenta sei società di pallavolo nelle province di Milano e di Monza Brianza, con l’obiettivo di ricercare l’eccellenza in tutti i contesti in cui queste operano. Oggi i membri del Consorzio sono: Pro Victoria Pallavolo Monza, Volley Milano, Pallavolo Avis Cernusco, Pallavolo Rondò Muggiò, Polisportiva Di Nova e Viscontini Volley Milano. Da ottobre 2016, inoltre, è attiva l’iniziativa del Vero Volley Network, un progetto di rilevanza nazionale e un circuito di collaborazione tra numerose realtà della pallavolo giovanile e non, che attualmente può contare su oltre 40 società affiliate in tutta Italia. Il Consorzio si propone come riferimento e supporto, in affiancamento alle società partecipanti, per facilitare il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni che vanno oltre a quelli di ogni singola realtà, perseguendo un’unica proposta educativa, sportiva e culturale nel rispetto delle peculiarità di ogni sodalizio aderente. Il progetto coinvolge circa famiglie in maniera attiva, tramite l'attività scolastica, giovanile e di livello nazionale. Il vertice sportivo della struttura è rappresentato dalle prime due squadre: MINT Vero Volley Monza, protagonista in SuperLega maschile, e Numia Vero Volley Milano, in serie A1 femminile. Vero Volley da sempre si fa inoltre promotore del binomio “sport e cultura”, investendo nella formazione, nell’aggiornamento, nella ricerca universitaria e scientifica anche attraverso collaborazioni con diverse eccellenze del mondo accademico. L’intensificarsi di queste attività ha portato all’introduzione nella struttura di un Comitato Scientifico interno. Da settembre 2012 il Consorzio ha stipulato con il Comune di Monza una convenzione per la gestione del Palazzetto dello sport della città: accordo che, nel 2016, è stato prorogato fino al 2037.
