Entre ellos destacan los hospitales de Antofagasta y Buin-Paine -en modelo de concesión, Alto Hospicio, Biprovincial Quillota-Petorca, Villarrica, Sótero del Río y Cordillera. Desde el 2020, Sacyr Agua realiza la operación de cuatro empresas de gestión del ciclo integral del agua en la región Metropolitana y una de tratamiento de agua en la región de Antofagasta, entregando atención a una población aproximada de 150 mil habitantes.
