As these children enter the court system, they may feel alone, frightened, or unheard. CASA volunteers play a crucial role by monitoring a child's situation and reporting findings to the court. We monitor and evaluate whether the Department’s goals are being accomplished efficiently and cost-effectively; enforce performance of the contract terms and conditions; serve as a liaison with the consultants and contractors; and ensure that contractual services have been rendered in accordance with the contract terms.
