Remolques ATRO es una compañía ubicada en el área metropolitana de Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. Fue fundada en el año 2008, por un emprendedor regiomontano que materializó las necesidades del mercado mexicano que carecía de una oferta adecuada, justa y de calidad en la industria de remolques. Inicialmente, en el año 2009, nuestro enfoque de fabricación era de Volteos (“Góndolas”) y Plataformas. La empresa contaba solamente con una fuerza de trabajo de alrededor de 50 personas y las instalaciones eran relativamente pequeñas y sencillas. En el mismo año, oficialmente fuimos consolidados cuando nuestra marca fue registrada ante el IMPI. Dos años más tarde, se empiezan a fabricar cajas secas de 40 a 53 pies, camas bajas y portacontenedores. En el año 2013, debido a nuestro gran crecimiento se decidió construir las primeras naves industriales en Atro, lo cual ampliaría nuestra capacidad de producción en gran medida. En el 2015, las ventas habían seguido creciendo, por lo que otra ampliación tomó lugar. Sin embargo, dicha ampliación fue mucho más grande que la primera, ya que esta duplicó nuestra capacidad. Actualmente seguimos creciendo, contando con más de 40 mil metros cuadrados techados y una fuerza de trabajo superior a los individuos. Aunado a esto, seguimos innovando y expandiendo cada vez más nuestro catálogo de productos. Muestra de esto último es que en el año 2018, se lanzó nuestra nueva línea de Pipas, tanto de acero inoxidable como al carbón. Finalmente, durante el año 2021 expandimos nuestro mercado hacia los Estados Unidos y América Latina introduciendo varios de nuestros productos como Caja Seca de 53 pies, la Plataforma de 53 pies y el Portacontenedor.
