We are 11th Hour Coffee and we find it quite strange that we created an entity that is considered someone you can meet, but welcome to marketing. As a company we would prefer not to write anything on this bag, but we know we have to convince you to buy it. So what we would like you to know is we source our coffees ethically, care for our employees and honor the relationships created with the people that represent this product. Daily we embody our craft and care for the details. Coffee is our medium of expression and contribution to society. We invite you to enjoy our fine coffees in hopes it brings not only something to your psychology, but also brings you closer to yourself and the people around you. 11th Hour is the present moment. A moment to raise our awareness to our surroundings and drop into the dance of life. We believe that coffee is a medium for connection and to elevate the human experience. We believe the real heroes are the coffee farmers. It takes years to invest in coffee farming plus the effort year in the year to work towards higher quality and better-tasting coffee.
