1st Class Educator is an Educational/School Consulting Firm. We specialize in providing educational organizations, small businesses, and corporations staff development on a variety of topics. We offer a series of workshops and presentations to educators at every level from future, new teacher 0-5yrs, seasoned educators, instructional coaches, to administrators. Our workshops and presentations are tailored towards the needs of our clients. Although we train on various topics we have a niche for promoting cultural competency, working with diverse student populations, and how to build and maintain meaningful relationships. We have a staff of over 20 consultants comprised of Educators with diverse backgrounds. We have educators from the K-12 sector, University Professors, Principals, Counselors, Social Workers, Superintendents - retired and currently practicing. 1st Class Educator is committed to assisting organizations move forward in the name of student success with intentional professional development.
