Founded by Gerry Miles Newton, 33Nest was born from a desire to bring a fresh architectural voice to Atlanta - one that is globally informed yet deeply connected to place. After years of living and working across England, Canada, and the U.S, Gerry established 33Nest in 2021 with the belief that thoughtful design should be both inspiring and attainable. As a studio, 33Nest blends architecture, interior design, and property development into a holistic practice. We approach every project as a narrative, crafting spaces that reflect the people who inhabit them while contributing to the fabric of the community. Our work spans residential remodels, new construction, multi-family housing, commercial projects, and adaptive reuse, always rooted in the same ethos: authenticity, intentionality, and collaboration.
