We are a niche company (4 staff) specialising in 360-degree or 'multirater' feedback. We support organisations that wish to use survey tools to drive their performance, and we also provide services to consultancies and inviduals that have a need for these types of surveys. We can provide the software and webhosting service if you want to be self-sufficient and running your own surveys. Alternatively we can provide an outsourced and confidential administration service, running your surveys as a back-office support function. In addition to the administration side, we can offer support is survey design so that your surveys are customised to meet your needs. We can train your feedback facilitators and we can also provide you with trained coaches to facilitate feedback to your staff and support their professional development. We have many clients in both the public and private sectors. Many NHS Trusts in the UK use us to run re-licencing surveys for hospital doctors and GPs. Private sector customers use us to run surveys for leaders, from first line supervisors through to CEOs and Chairs.
