3DE by Junior Achievement transforms high school education by integrating experiential learning, cross-sector partnerships, and real-world relevance into the academic experience. Through our Competency-Based Case Method, students tackle authentic Case Challenges co-designed with industry partners—applying academic concepts to real-world problems from 9th through 12th grade. This approach blends rigor and relevance, elevating student achievement through applied learning. The results are compelling: increased student engagement, improved academic performance, higher graduation rates, and stronger post-secondary outcomes. This progress is powered by a dynamic public-private partnership that includes educators, industry partners, and business coaches who bring learning to life.
