Ace The Transition

Ace The Transition is a workforce development initiative seeking to equip individuals embarking on educational and/or professional transitions with the knowledge, skills, and social capital necessary for sustainable success. The first program launched under this initiative is the Virtual Summer Bridge Experience, a 4-week program starting July 8th open to all graduating high school seniors preparing to enter a U.S. college or university. Participants will engage with other students and professionals around the country in virtual sessions designed to increase their academic preparation and skills, improve their self-understanding and self-confidence, and broaden their social and professional networks. The program serves as a capacity booster for institutions seeking to support a larger percentage of incoming students.
