I am a design researcher and consultant that specializes in the design of services, programs and product/service systems. I have eight years of experience in the innovation & design space, primarily focusing on generative, tactical & post-launch UX research as well as design project facilitation & management. The domains to which I have applied my expertise include Automotive, Construction, Higher Education, Human Resources, & Manufacturing.My skillset includes design research methods (A/B testing, card sorting, conjoint, design ethnography, focus groups, large-scale panel surveys, MaxDiff, qualitative interviews; usability studies), brainstorming methods (5 Whys, Mind Maps, Rapid Ideation SCAMPER. However, due to my data literacy I am capable of operating within most software platforms with a low ramp-up time.I am a Ph.D Candidate in Design Science at the University of Michigan, where my research focuses on leveraging advanced statistical analysis and human behavior theory to glean greater insights into human capital management related issues. I also teach many of the methods listed above at the graduate level. My mission is to help organizations create and sustain positive & equitable experiences for users/customers, employees, business owners and other stakeholders.
