Passionate musician turned Digital Strategist/Artist Manager, Leesa Snider is in the business of helping musicians do what they do best (creating and releasing music) by providing a uniquely tailored social media plan to supplement and propel a release to achieve its full potential. Leesa founded Achord Agency after returning from working abroad at Weller Media Agency in New York. Achord Agency specialises in social channel auditing, identifying brand narrative, multi-channel reporting, scheduled posting, content creation and most importantly, social strategy campaigns specifically created for upcoming artist releases. Additionally, targeting key audiences by bolstering all organic strategy with paid promotion. Achord Agency is about taking social media onus off of an artist or business and utilising platforms for organic growth and engagement. Leesa’s involvement in the music industry is extensive and broad. Areas she has worked include musician bookings, performance, education, marketing, publicity and promotions, artist management, festivals and events and creative agencies. Bringing a unique perspective with a bachelor degree in both Music Performance (Monash University) and Music Business (Collarts), Leesa’s experience places her on both sides of the fence; giving client campaigns the music industry edge they require to succeed. Whilst abroad, Leesa worked on large-scale artist profiles, from the likes of Republic Records, G Herbo, Kenny Chesney, Pnau and more. Achord Agency celebrated its one year birthday on May 13, 2020 and has had the pleasure of working with exceptional Australian businesses and artists including the Victorian Music Development Office, Sarah Hamilton from One of One, Festival of Jewish Music and Arts (FOJAM), Multicultural Arts Victoria, Lisa Mitchell and many more. Achord Agency currently manages JAZZPARTY and Eliza Hull and looks to further expand to better help more incredible artists and businesses.
