Hi I'm Anna Flynn With over a decade of experience in technology recruitment, Actech was founded with the mission of finding the perfect fit between client and candidate because "close enough - just doesn't cut it!" Most of the time, someone with my experience at an agency isn't still 'hands-on' but my ethos is ' I'll do it all' filling roles as well as helping my clients make strategic decisions. I understand the industry and I understand people and that outstanding recruitment is about creating journeys and supporting clients and candidates. I only ever work with a handful of clients and every single candidate, job and placement is vitally important to me, it's never just a role to fill.
