Erin Randall is a longtime agile, coactive, and ORSC-trained coach with a deep passion for helping both people and teams transform from humdrum to remarkable. She grounds her work in foundational, humanist principles, coaching people and teams alike to greater group cohesiveness. My goal is to help teams to find joy as they learn to work together, or simply put, happy people doing great work.
