As a young actor with a boatload of ambition, a wealth of expert training (including a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts), and with some of the best talent agents in the industry repping me, I found myself floundering and blowing major opportunities because of my soul-crushing, debilitating nervousness and lack of understanding of how to prepare for them. After years of dedicated effort, experimentation, and study, I was finally able to harness my nervousness – in fact, to use it to my advantage – and go on to work steadily in television, theater, film, and comedy. Now, I’m passionate about sharing the strategies and techniques that helped me overcome my self-doubt and achieve my dream career. I’m on a mission to help as many actors, executives, and entrepreneurs, as I possibly can, crush their limiting beliefs and achieve true and measurable success in their chosen fields.
