AG Johnsen was established in Switzerland in 2007 by Guro A Johnsen, as a recruitment and Human Capital Solution company. Specializing in the search, selection and relocation of candidates throughout the European Union, AG Johnsen works with international partners to find the best candidate for our Customers. The Human Capital Solutions department works with top managers and management teams providing specialized team building along with management and leadership support and development. In the last few years AG Johnsen has expanded our services to include managing many aspects of the HR, Legal, Quality and Regulatory areas within an organization. AG Johnsen has experienced Project Managers that are able to work in a variety of fields, HR, Quality Certifications, Regulatory strategic planning and system implementation (GDPR, MDR, IVDR, etc.).
