Agami, Inc

Agami is a secular organization dedicated to creating profound socio-economic change for the underprivileged by promoting basic education, in partnership with health and economic initiatives. We achieve this by providing for a higher quality of education through teacher training and retention programs; we provide for basic school needs like reference books, study books, writing materials, school uniforms and tiffin where required. Agami is an education-based, secular, non-political, volunteer-based group with zero overhead. All administrative costs are borne by the volunteers. The final goal is to create a self-sustaining village, and create projects that are scalable, sustainable, and reproducible. These projects will continue to run, administered by locals, and without Agami funds
