We are a communication consultancy working to enhance leaders’ agency - their capacity to influence others through communication. Using our novel AGENCY framework, we advise executives across a breadth of industries on communication, leadership development, and change management. We use sailing as an analogy to guide our approach to communication. Sailing is dynamic – it requires reading the wind and currents, adjusting the sails, and adapting course. Effective leaders read cues from their audiences, attune to stakeholder concerns, and adjust their vantage points accordingly. We guide our clients through these steps to uncover opportunities to enhance their agency. We bring over 50 combined years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and currently teach Management Communication at the Wharton School of Business.
