AguaLuna is a coaching, healing and massage professional within the domain of personal development. She focusses on connecting you with the natural world, especially during moments of sunrise and sunset. Each session, regardless of the technique and moment of your choice, creates an opportunity to focus on your individual situation and needs.~ AguaHara is a gentle massage technique that enables you to experience the feeling of being supported by the water.* A way to relax ánd it can be used to focus on a personal intention as well.* Possible in oceans, lakes and rivers (when temperatures allows) or in pools (all year).* A session takes between 30 - 60 minutes, sunset sessions are possible.~ Personal Coaching characterizes itself by one-on-one meetings in which a personal question or desire is formulated by the coachee.* Various exercises are possible to gain insight in clear questions, broader themes, intrinsic desires, etc.* Possible at any outdoor, natural location.* A session takes between 45 - 90 minutes (usually multiple session are desired), sunrise and sunset sessions are possible.~ Energy Flow is a way to support the subconscious knowing and healing of a being.* By giving energy to body, mind and spirit insights might arise related to personal themes.* Possible at any location, preferably quiet and/or outdoors * A session takes between 15 - 45 minutes, sunrise and sunset sessions are possible.
