AI Busters is automating customer service departments' processes to increase satisfaction and optimize service costs. It is based on AI and ML. Our engine performs mass, advanced analysis of messages (NLP) in online communication channels, e.g. e-mails, website forms, chats and helps to shorten average service time and improve the process by supporting consultants or fully automating communication. We support ERP, CRM, help desk and request handling systems, facilitating the work of customer service departments without interfering with current processes. Our solution is dedicated to such industries as: banking, insurance, telecommunication, power industry or shared service centers. We help optimize costs in highly developed and systematically developing organizations (Cheetahs of Business).
