Aim Advisory (AIM) is an Australian-based advisory firm that offers Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF & E) management services to construction and development industries. Our projects include hospitals, medical centres, sports stadiums, residential aged-care facilities, hospitals, correctional facilities, schools, research laboratories and universities. AIMs project delivery teams comprise OF qualified engineers, project managers, and procurement specialists who have delivered projects ranging in value from $1m to $2bn. Our projects include both brownfield and greenfield sites procured under ECI, D&C, MC, and traditional contract models. AIMs capability is derived from our team’s expertise and project experience, in-depth industry knowledge of FF & E innovation, and technical capacity in IT and BIM project delivery platforms. We bring these elements together to provide our clients with options and solutions that respond to the unique challenges of each project. We provide FF & E consultancy and project management for medium to large projects. AIM will design and execute an appropriate FF & E management strategy that addresses the client’s expectations, project timelines, budget constraints and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
