With years of experience, our Support Coordinators team will work with you to build a Support Plan that's right for you. We understand the importance of your choice and control, you are the most important part of your NDIS plan. Not only will our Support Coordinators treat you with respect and kindness, we also listen to your needs and tailor your supports to you. We strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your NDIS goals, and support your best possible life" We are different to other Support Coordination providers. We're a small family based business with a team of dedicated and experienced Support Coordinators who truly understand and value the importance of an individualised approach to services. Our aim is to get to know you, listen and understand your needs and what's important to you so that we can help you connect with the right supports and services. At AIM, we understand that not everyone's life schedule is smooth sailing and our team believes in being flexible and responsive to assist you when you need it. We only focus on Support Coordination and are dedicated to what we do, and doing it well!
