We have a long time experience in Property Preservation work order processing, coordinate with client/ contractor emails, importing orders, editing orders, assigning orders to contractors besides the processing,* We're able to process any type of work orders with AltiSource, ServiceLink, Lender Processing Services (LPS), AssetShield, Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), Assurant Field Asset Services (AFAS), Single Source, M&M Mortgage Services Inc, Safeguard, Carrington, Cyprexx, Bully Maintenance, A2Z, MSI, NFR, Guardian Assets/Solid Foundations, Precisions, Laudan properties, ZVN etc.* We know how to use vendor software, such as Property Preservation Wizard (PPW), Field Comm. Preserve soft, PRUVAN etc.* We can look through the photos for bid opportunities photos and prepare convincing bid sheets using various cost estimator like XACTPRM or Repair Base. I have enough preservation knowledge to break down a bid with correct measurement.* We're able to reach out for the sub-contractors for hiring or some missing info.* We can perform Vendor Management, order importing and assigning. We’re confident that we will be able to assist any Preservation related work on time with quality.
