Message of the organization - contributing in constructing an efficient and qualified civil society in order to strengthen spirit of cooperation, solidarity, and contribution to the economic and social development - consolidating trustfulness, transparency, credibility and cooperation spirit between people in terms of fulfillment of their needs and advocating their rights via organized and continuous activities and projects.*Futuristic plan of the organization : The organization has a strategic plan that aims to build human capacities in Libya and its qualification in order that it play an effective role in edifying a modern country, in which culture and principles of human rights are respected and its population enjoys happiness and prosperity.
