PREMIUM WINERY Ampersand Estates produces a range of light, approachable wines suitable for immediate enjoyment and styled to be paired with picnics, barbeques, and other special occasions. Crafted by the region’s top wine makers, Ampersand Estates’ wines are outstanding expressions of the regions’ unique beauty and outstanding terroir. PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION The estate has three luxury accommodation sites, each self-contained and privately situated amidst their own lawns, gardens, and orchards for the ultimate private escape into nature. LUXURY WEDDINGS The estates’ outstanding natural beauty, extending over 56 hectares of vines, fields, river frontage, ponds, and natural bush, serves as the backdrop for two luxury wedding venues. These include a timber barn, with a unique history stretching back over 100 years, and outdoor terrace in the bend of the Donnelly River and overlooking the old growth trees of Easter National Park. GOURMET PICNICS Ampersand Estates curates gourmet picnic baskets composed of a range of fresh regional produce and artisanal cheeses, bread, charcuterie, and chocolates. Picnics can be enjoyed across the entire estate. UNIQUE SPIRITS Ampersand Estates produces estate-distilled spirits that exemplify the nature, botanicals, and essence of the region’s ancient Karri forests, rolling hills, and pristine lakes and rivers. The 2021 spirit vintage comprise 6 unique spirits each reflecting a different aspect of the region.
