Amy Bloustine coaching provides life coaching, career coaching and substance abuse coaching. My philosophy evolves and grows with each client, but a few fundamentals remain unchanged. My coaching style is creative, thought-provoking and collaborative. When my clients and I work as a team, amazing things happen. You and I will be most productive if we establish a safe, trusting, comfortable environment in which we can learn and grow together. Working with you, I facilitate a productive dialogue and motivate you to do something you’ve never done before. To dare to find your true, most authentic, happiest self. The change already lives inside you. Using the tools I provide, our collaboration can bring it out and allow it to shine. The ultimate goal? To help you discover how to figure things out for yourself, solve problems independently, find your own way and let you discover the solution that already exists within you. Services for Individuals: I am certified to offer three different types of coaching to help you overcome obstacles, reach your goals and be happier: Life coaching. We can work together to identify and reach your personal goals, form better relationships, overcome obstacles, learn better time management skills and more. Career coaching. We outline and execute a plan if you are searching for a new job, want to switch careers completely, facing a transition in the workplace or want to address any other professional challenges. Substance abuse coaching. My extensive experience in the substance abuse field serves as a solid foundation for my clients who are facing issues with drugs and alcohol, or are concerned about an addicted friend or family member. I can help guide individuals to treatment options that work best for them, and I offer coaching for those in recovery from a substance abuse problem.
