I am an ICF credentialed, certified Life Transformation Coach and entrepreneur who helps people going through life transitions to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be (even if that destination isn’t totally clear just yet). I am fascinated about the world, intrigued by human connections, and believe that, at the core, all humans are filled with genuine kindness, love and a story to tell. My passion for coaching is to empower you to take control of that story and write the narrative you want to tell about the rest of your life; to shift from just surviving to thriving.
