Inspired by the work of others, an idea formed: why do people struggling with landing their dream career? The application process is daunting, scary and intimidating. It brings us back to high school and trying to sit with the cool kids at lunch. Feelings of insecurity surface as we try to fit an image that others want to see. Applying and Interviewing is just a form of dating. Speed dates, or long, drawn-out commitments, the first line of defense is your resume and online portfolio.
