I coach and train groups when cooperation and communication within a team or organization is not running smoothly. And when it comes to collective leadership and dealing with responsibilities. Teams are actively engaged in discovering what is and what is not going well and what improvements they want to make. They work with concrete methods so that the changes are permanently embedded in practice. In training sessions, teams actively work on questions concerning leadership and/or improving results and cooperation.
