Arab Center For Research

The Arab Center for Research, previously known as the Arab Center for Scientific Research and Humane Studies, is a Morocco-based think tank dedicated to promoting democratization, a more active role of civil society and inclusive economic development in the Arab world. The center was established in 2012 by a group of intellectuals and civil society actors and is not affiliated with any political party. The center aims through its conferences, trainings, workshops and publications to inform the public debate on issues related to democratization and inclusive economic development. The Arab Center for Research has developed throughout the years a strong collaboration with universities, civil society organizations and research centers. It has also helped independent actors to start their own civil society initiatives in different countries across the Arab world.
