I appreciate the friendly welcome and offer of coffee; the reasonable fixed-price service and the opportunity to discuss any additional cost recommendations; receiving my vehicle back with all in order after service or repair work, as some workshops appear to lose the covers and fixings; the courtesy lifts to and from my workplace a few miles away; the vehicle wash before returning; and finally the complimentary SEAT assistance, which is peace of mind when I am in Europe.
