We're the only brewery in Australia to commit to using 100% Australian ingredients. All our beers are brewed onsite using premium 100% Australian ingredients. From our easy-drinking lagers to our hop-forward IPA's, even our Cider and Ginger Beer and seasonal releases, everything we make is built on flavour, freshness, and connection to community. We’re passionate about supporting local growers, using malt from Barrett Burston and Cryer Malt, hops from Queensland’s Hilltop Hops, and filtered water from SEQ Water. Our venue is one of a kind in brisbane, being a World War 2 aircraft hangar and available for private hire and group bookings, and we regularly work with businesses for team building events, activation partnerships, and custom beer collaborations.
