Hop Nation Brewing Co

We favour hop-forward styles and experimenting with quality ingredients. Our small batch beers are made using quality, natural ingredients with no fining or pasteurization and minimal filtration. Visit the Hop Nation taproom in Melbourne's Footscray and see where it all began back in 2014. We also have a barrel aged program and release sour beers under Site Fermentation Project, brew 'Ray Hard Seltzer, produce Site Wines, and have recently launched our spirits project with Dart Distilling.

Shambles Brewery

Shambles was founded in 2016 by a former Science and Maths teacher who had a "beer-life crisis" and turned his passion for beer into a successful business with the help of a group of his friends and family. We turned an old butchery in the Hobart Midtown precinct, into a Brewery. We've also got a bar on site serving all our beers (and other local beverages) as well as delicious food, an old meat fridge with meticulously stacked firewood, a beer garden, and a table tennis table made from concrete blocks. When we are done brewing, our warehouse turns into a private function and events space. We've hosted everything from Heavy Metal concerts, Trivia nights to exBEERimental Science and many other events, beer-related or not (we do not discriminate). About the only thing we like better than making beer is drinking it, so come and join us for a pint, we are open from 4pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 12pm from Friday to Sunday. Cheers

We are a small crew of passionate, creative and open minded people led by founder and brewer Nic Sandery whose one goal is to brew and serve a diverse range of beer to as many wonderful people as possible. Our beers are made with attention to be enjoyed without a care. The name Molly Rose came to Nic after he had written the values for which he wanted this new brewery to stand for. Honesty, hospitality, humbleness, hardworking and ingenuity were all traits that were passed down to him from his grandmothers, Molly and Rose. As an homage to two impressive women and as a reminder to what we would stand for the name stuck. The proximity of the brewery to the kitchen at Molly Rose sees the lines between chef and brewer blurred with the result being an experience that will highlight this relationship, with each plate, each bite, designed to create the perfect Molly Rose pairing.

Shedshaker Brewing is an independent brewery based in Castlemaine, Victoria. All of our beers are made on site by us. Our brewery features our Taproom, a venue that alongside our beers showcases the best in local and regional wines, ciders, spirits and more. We serve pizzas and other Italian-inspired dishes for lunch and dinner with ingredients all sourced as locally as possible. The Taproom is Castlemaine's home of live music, featuring live and free music at least 3 nights per week. Phat Brew Club

When mates get together to brew a beer, it often doesn't start with commercial ambitions, instead just being a way to catch up - but sometimes it turns into much much more. Phat Brew Club was formed by a bunch of mates who met at their local football club and decided to get into homebrewing together. Regular brew days and a passion for good beer led to the group deciding to make the leap and start to can and keg their brews for everyone to enjoy. The dream was really kicked off in 2020, when the group of mates won the Margaret River Brewhouse Backyard Brewing competition with their Coffee Cream Porter; their prize included brewing their award-winning recipe on the MRB kit and having it poured at the venue. It was an opportunity that gave the ambitious garage brewers a push to take things further. “The win gave us the confidence that our beers were good enough to be brewed at a commercial scale,” says Trav, one of PBC Crew. “After having the opportunity to commercially brew Phat Porter with Margaret River Brewhouse, we set up the company and went about brewing our first release, a Fruit Salad Sour called Phatizzle.” Phat Brew Club is about having fun together and creating a culture of good times where everyone can be a part of it. We pride ourselves on creating beers that “live on the edge” and bringing people together, while brewing creatively without limits.

The Lord Howe Island Brewery

We are out here on a world heritage island where no more than people can live and visit at any one time. It took us 8 years to build one of the most remote and sustainable breweries on the planet. Why did we do this? We are surrounded by over 150 endemic species of plant. Many of these could be edible and, even better, give our beer a taste as unique as our Island surroundings. We might also have done it because the life is pretty good too, snorkelling and diving incredible coral reefs, surfing, fishing and countless land-based activities within a 10-minute walk from the Brewery. We have big hopes for our beer but also love that we can provide a small community and its visitors with a sustainable beer in a welcoming and fun-filled beer garden surrounded by greenhouses and growing produce. We hope that through beer, we can spread the wonder of our natural surroundings, encourage people to visit and popularise the Island's protection locally and globally.

After nearly 15 years in the corporate world, an unexpected change in circumstance in early 2020 has given her the opportunity to be not only her own boss, but Brad’s as well! All jokes aside, Brad and Alle make the ultimate combo of ambitious dreamer and grounded realist with a serious appreciation of stainless steel. Why SixTwelve you ask? Well, our main man Brad is 7foot tall! Yep, that’s 6foot 12inches of brewing genius and he can guarantee you, the weather “up there” is much the same as what you experience “down there”.
