Argil Coaching

Whether to express the artist within or in search of a vessel with function; since the beginning of time man has been selecting, shaping, and processing clay into all kinds of pottery and earthenware. But the process always starts off by a potter carefully selecting the type of clay. It’s the type of clay that ultimately determines the outcome of the work on the potter’s wheel. It’s about the clay… What is the meaning of “argil”? Simply put, “argil” is potters clay, which is carefully chosen for its properties and its potential to be transformed into a useful, beautiful, and meaningful artifact. ARGIL Coaching is committed to a professional coaching relationship with clients that will support, encourage, and stimulate a process of personal discovery, development, and growth. We live in a fast-paced, VUCA (vulnerable, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world, where the demands on personal time and focus are ever-increasing. Change is inevitable for all of us, but it is the tempo at which things are changing in the modern world that often catches us off guard. The key is to keep moving; always forward, outward, and upward. Your journey, just like mine, is all about direction, motion, and taking action in the present. Mahatma Gandhi said it well: “The future depends on what you do in the present”. The next step you are about to take could potentially have a profound impact on your future. ARGIL Coaching is committed to helping you discover and support you every step of the way. As they say in AFrica:"The path is made by walking."
