Ariff Rozhan & Co (ARC) is a firm established in 2015 focusing primarily on dispute resolution, led by its principal partners, Ariff Rozhan, William Lim, and Christopher Arun. ARC’s principal partners were all former partners in Malaysia’s largest law firm where Ariff was also in the Executive Committee and head of its Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice. In April 2016, Ezane Chong joined the partnership. Prior to joining the firm, Ezane was a partner in the Dispute Resolution department of Skrine, one of Malaysia’s largest and most established law firms. Many cases conducted by ARC’S partners and lawyers have been reported in Malaysian and International Law Reports. Our team members were amongst the first Malaysian lawyers exposed to novel and complex issues of dispute resolution, ranging from previously unchartered ‘Securities Law’, disputes in relation to ‘Offshore Trust Licences and Regulations’, conducting ‘Forensic Litigation Due Diligence exercises’ for local and international clients, and conducting cross-border disputes and international commercial arbitrations involving multiple jurisdictional issues. ARC is also ranked and recommended by many legal publications such as Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2017 - 2019), Asialaw Profiles (2017 - 2019) and Benchmark Litigation (2018 - 2019) as a Leading or, Highly Recommended Firm. ARC’s Managing Partner, Ariff, has also been recommended by peers as a “top litigation expert”, is ranked as a leading Litigation and Dispute Resolution practitioner in Malaysia and described as a “Local Disputes Star”.
