Art Meets is an African-led digital venture transforming how contemporary African visual arts are accessed, experienced, and monetized. Operated by a remote team of curators, we create scalable tools for engagement through exhibitions, multimedia content, and our flagship product—the Art Meets app. The Art Meets app is a first-of-its-kind, community-powered platform designed to map, connect, and activate Africa’s visual arts ecosystem. It offers a digital infrastructure for discovery, networking, and visibility—addressing critical gaps in access, representation, and mobility for artists, institutions, and cultural audiences across the continent. By combining interactive mapping, multimedia artist portfolios, and curated event data, Art Meets is building an inclusive, data-informed ecosystem with long-term value for creators, collectors, institutions, and funders.
