Asf Personal Coaching

I am a professionally trained Personal, Career and Business Coach who is committed to helping people live passionate, powerful, and purposeful lives. My passion is to help people break through whatever inhibits them from having the life they desire, live a life of empowerment, and realize their full potential. My formal education includes a degree in Journalism. I have more than twenty years of experience in communications and human resources. Throughout my career path the common thread is, in truth, I have always been a coach at heart. Having chosen to follow MY passion, I pursued advanced coach training from Coach University, a pre-eminent coaching school. I do both individual and group coaching, and I also conduct workshops and presentations. I offer each client a complimentary coaching session to determine if coaching is right for them and, if so, assure we have the right synergy to make the most of the coaching relationship. I am affiliated with Coach University and the International Coach Federation. I strictly adhere to the professional code of ethics put forth by that governing body.
