American Safety & Health – Consulting and Training Services, LLC was created in 2010 by safety leaders from the nuclear and Hazmat industries. The founder and president of the company, Jim Walker, has over 28 years in safety experience, ranging from the nuclear industry to electric utilities in general. Jim has provided senior safety leadership at companies such as Entergy Nuclear, FPL/NextEra Energy Group, Bauer Foundation, UtiliCon Solutions and PSE & G. ASH is not your “check the box” safety company, nor are we a group of “pocket protector wearing” office dwellers. ASH is a company of safety professionals who know the real world and have experience with the practical application of safety compliance, training, consulting and on-site services. Spending many years as “the customer” of safety companies and being disappointed in the quality and timeliness of the service, ASH was specifically developed and designed to be the go-to company for high quality, dependable service.
