Asperger Works, Inc. Solves Employment Problems for Adults with AS The mission of Asperger Works is to help adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) lead productive lives through gainful employment and to educate employers about the positive side of hiring people with Asperger’s Syndrome. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that focuses on solving the employment problems of adults with Asperger's Syndrome (AS). Simply put, our mission is to help put adults with AS to work. For those with AS: We develop programs that aid very under-served, talented individuals within the autistic community find fulfilling work, stay employed, and advance in their careers. For employers: We assist in employers' and employees' understanding of how the strengths of persons on the Spectrum can be leveraged and in providing a work environment that sets up the autistic worker for success. For those with ASD and their employers: We provide ongoing support services and advice so that both can learn to work together and benefit each other.
