Ateneo Psyche

Since its establishment, Ateneo Psyche has been the premier psychology organization of Ateneo de Manila University and the home organization of Psychology majors. Over the years, it has grown into an inclusive community of students from various disciplines united by a shared interest in psychology and mental health. The organization aims to communicate psychological knowledge, advocate for mental health, and cultivate a community that places primary importance on the well-being of the human psyche. Through its initiatives, Ateneo Psyche seeks to demonstrate the value of psychological knowledge and its application for the benefit of society, particularly within the Filipino context. It also works to clarify the realities of mental disorders and promote informed, compassionate approaches to mental health care through education and engagement. Guided by the belief that people come first, Ateneo Psyche encourages its members to contribute to personal growth, the development of psychology, and nation-building through initiatives such as professional seminar-workshops, institutional visits, Mental Health Awareness Week, and more.
