ATX (M) SDN BHD is a fast expanding MSC status company specializing in the IT, Telecommunication and Services industry in Malaysia. Our core business is in developing and integrating solutions and value-added services for the various sectors. Our clients range from Telecommunication Companies, Pay-TV Providers, Remittance Service Providers, Money Service Business Operators, and other Retail Network Operators. ATX solution enables our partners to sell local and international reloads, perform bills payment transactions, perform remittance transactions and purchase ticketing and goods online, delivering a totally integrated, consistent and scalable experience across all retail touchpoints. Our core business is to build and manage an integrated transactional platform to connect Product Owners to our Retail Partners back end system and enabling the connectivity to perform various transactional requirements via their independent choice of delivery modes. Today ATX is also providing strategic advisory services to Telecommunication Service and Money Service Business operators for mainly Investors and Business Operators on Advice and Applications to Regulatory Authority, Operational Planning, System Requirement Gathering services, Business planning and Implementation of the services with Product Owners, Payment System Operator and Service Providers. The main business drivers for this proposal include additional product and revenue generation for the Retail Partner, extend convenience and coverage for Product Owners and provide Product Owners with a bigger and flexible platform to manage dealers and customers. ATX intends to leverage its current conceptual and technological lead by committing resources to the Research and Development of solutions and to continue rolling out future applications that are a total integrated electronic commerce solution and deliver them to the retail industry.
