I work one-on-one with clients who want to increase their self-confidence, improve their relationships, and love themselves more deeply. Coaching is a collaborative process driven by the client’s goals and desires - this means that as the client, you identify the outcomes you hope to accomplish in coaching, and we work together to achieve them. My areas of specialty include: Boundaries & Relationships Self-confidence Sex & Intimacy Body Image Sexuality & Identity I bring a unique combination of experiences and expertise to my work as a self-love coach. I utilize a combination of skills from my nationally-accredited coaching certification, my masters-level training in counseling, and training in tantric breathwork and healing practices to create a one-of-a-kind, supportive container for my clients to grow toward their goals.
