We are a SE Asian cultural academy based in the United States. Our mission is to empower people by enhancing their holistic well being. We achieve this by helping you and your little one to embrace culture & heritage in this modern world. Our cultural academy has something for every age! We offer virtual classes & youth leadership programs for ages 4 to 17 years old. We offer art, dance, language, Indian history classes, and more all via zoom. We also offer fitness and wellness classes for adults 5 days a week. Our classes consist of Bollywood Cardio, Full Body Conditioning, Hathe Yoga & Zumba! We also have community-building workshops & activities like Garba classes during Festivals we can celebrate the positivity despite the pandemic. We also believe in unity in diversity and we do aim to celebrate ALL festivals including Christmas, Eid, Diwali, Navaratri, Lohri, and many more!
