Auscare Support is a values-led, experienced NDIS provider now exclusively focused on delivering Support Coordination Level 2 and Specialist Support Coordination Level 3. Our purpose is to support NDIS participants to navigate complexity, build capacity, manage risk, and achieve meaningful outcomes, particularly where systems are challenging or needs are high. With a strong foundation in ethical practice, governance, and sector expertise, Auscare Support is committed to quality, accountability, and participant-centred support. To remain agile in a changing NDIS environment and to attract and retain high-quality Support Coordinators, Auscare Support operates across three flexible engagement models: Independent Contractor – For established Support Coordinators who wish to remain independent while accessing Auscare’s systems, compliance, and operational support. Employee – For Support Coordinators seeking stability, supervision, and the backing of an ethical, registered organisation. Auscare Connect – For professionals who want to work under Auscare Support’s registration while maintaining their own identity and brand, supported by robust governance and infrastructure. By focusing solely on Support Coordination Levels 2 and 3, Auscare Support is intentionally positioning itself, and its workforce, for what comes next, including sector reform, tender processes, or emerging navigation models.
