Avant Learning specialises in providing innovative education and training solutions to a variety of corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Using the latest in adult learning and instructional design principles we are able to design and deliver instruction both at a distance and face to face or in blended modes. Topics we offer include: teaching and learning online, instructional design, research methods, coaching and leadership. Our founder has decades of experience in educational technology and is currently conducting research in the uses of social media in adult education. The results of this research will result in models for using social media in adult education as well as implications for policy at the institutional and government level.
