Private foundation whose founding purpose is to contribute to improving the quality of care and results from the social and health perspective of people and communities, through research, generation and dissemination of knowledge and the application of innovative solutions. To this end, the following will be included: a) research and innovation activities in the field of quality of care; b) academic and continuing education; and (c) evaluation and improvement, developing external and internal audit reports, accreditation and certification systems, surveys and other complementary activities.
