AWR Lloyd was established 25-years ago in a spirit of insurgency, with a mission to challenge the orthodox culture and methods of mainstream Western strategy consulting and investment banking groups. AWR Lloyd is geographically focused on Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. These regions are home to four-fifths of humanity and will account for two-thirds of global economic growth between now and 2050. The firm has two main practice areas (I) Strategy & Corporate Finance and (II) Sustainability. The Strategy & Corporate Finance practice provides equity advisory services (M&A, equity capital raising, IPOs.), project advisory and corporate finance strategy consulting. The Sustainability practice provides energy transition, crisis resiliency, ESG best practice, human rights due diligence and public sector SDG (UN Sustainable Development Goal) consulting services. The two practices also work together to deliver a holistic Sustainability Transformation service to corporates with a focus on formulating and implementing strategies designed to maximize enterprise, stakeholder and planetary value in a sustainable, symbiotic, regenerative and resilient way. During the Covid-19 crisis AWR Lloyd pivoted to provide crisis management and recovery services for governments and project continuity services to infrastructure companies across the Indo-Pacific region. The firm has built on this experience to develop unique expertise in the area of crisis contingency planning for both private and public sector clients. AWR Lloyd currently has leadership and engagement teams based in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, the Middle East and the UK.
