Since starting in the localization industry, I have succeeded in positions such as localization Engineer, Global Solution Architect then Delivery Manager, until I reached Globalization Architect and Content Manager. During this period, I gained many experiences in Localization Engineering, Desktop Publishing, Vendors Management, Client management, Localization Workflows, Content Management Systems, Add-ons Development, Translation Connectors, Glossary development, Translation Management Systems, Translation Memories, Glossary Development, Translation CAT Tools, Technical Requirements Gathering, Quality Assurance Techniques, and Presentation Skills. My technical background as a developer helped me to excel in the Internationalization (i18n) processes of products. While I enjoy working in this exciting field, I helped and continue advising both companies and clients to apply localization best practices to secure a wider market for their products and services worldwide while reducing expenses and production time. Besides my technical experience, I am an Arabic native speaker which enhances the Technical Architect aspects for products that need to be localized for the Middle East and North African countries. Furthermore, I have a master's in Digital Marketing. The reason for achieving this degree was to gain a better understanding as a technical co-pilot for clients Account Executives and Managers. Manage the customer’s technical experience from scoping (pre-sale) to deployment (post-sales) and support the sales team during meetings by sharing technical product knowledge in a user-friendly meaning. As well as ensuring an accurate design for the customer’s solutions, and organize customer-specific technical project management accurately.
